Avonix Field Manual

Compiled Operational Procedures v3.0.0

01. System Initiation

Welcome to the Avonix Unified Control Plane. This framework is engineered to consolidate your operational toolkit into a single, hardened interface. The primary objective is to execute cross-module operations with zero latency and absolute data security.

Directive: Do not attempt to reverse-engineer module parameters. The Avonix Foundry continuously pushes automated updates to the infrastructure.

To deploy a new module, navigate to your Control Plane Dashboard, review the "Available Protocols" manifest, and execute the Subscribe sequence.

02. Identity & Glossary

Your Account is your globally unique signature. Here is how we define the ecosystem:

Operational Glossary

Node: Any person or business entry.
Registry Notes: The "Brain" of a contact. The more you write here, the smarter your AI emails become.
Foundry Sync: The massive data-bridge used for batch-processing hundreds of leads at once.

03. The Monetization Core

Avonix utilizes a Modular Protocol Subscription architecture. Unlike monolithic platforms, each operational module (Lead Gen, CRM, Content) operates on its own dedicated resource pool. Tier activation is node-specific.

T1: LITE

Entry-level operational logic. Targeted entity limits and core telemetry nodes.

T2: PRO

The performance standard. Higher node density and advanced predictive overlays.

T3: ELITE

Enterprise-scale activations. Automated outreach sequences and dedicated uplinks.

PHASE_01

Protocol ORBIT

Discovery & Prospect Synthesis

v2.1.0 ACTIVE

What is ORBIT? Imagine having an automated assistant that spends hours scouring the internet for your perfect potential clients. ORBIT is your lead generation engine. Even if you've never used a scraping tool before, ORBIT makes finding hundreds of highly-targeted professional profiles as easy as writing a single sentence.

How to Find Leads

  1. Configure Your Key (One time only): Click the Configuration button and enter your "Apify Token" and an AI key (like OpenAI). This allows ORBIT to safely connect to the internet.
  2. Describe Your Target: Go to the Execution Protocol. In the text box, describe exactly who you want to find in plain English. Example: "Find Founders and CEOs of early-stage FinTech startups in the United States and Canada with 11-50 employees."
  3. Set Lead Count: Choose how many leads you want (e.g., 50 or 200). Be mindful of your tier limits.
  4. Start Protocol: Click the execution button. Sit back and watch the Live Telemetry log as ORBIT finds matching persons and companies.
Pro Tip: The more specific your description, the better the results. "Plumbers" is okay, but "Owners of residential plumbing companies in Dallas, Texas" is excellent.

Managing Your Results

Once ORBIT finishes searching, your results appear in the Intelligence Registry & Historical Ledger table at the bottom.

  • Export to CSV: Click the Download Archive button next to any completed job. Best if you want to use the leads in an external spreadsheet tool like Excel.
  • The Intelligence Bridge (Recommended): You don't need to download anything! Simply select the leads you like in the table and click Bridge Selected Nodes. This instantly teleports the leads directly into VANGUARD (your CRM), complete with their social links and company bios intact.
PHASE_02

Protocol VANGUARD

High-Fidelity Identity CRM

v1.3.0 ACTIVE

What is VANGUARD? It is your digital Rolodex and memory bank (CRM). If ORBIT gives you raw names, VANGUARD is where you keep track of who they are, what phase of a sale they are in, and everything you know about them. It is designed to be visually intuitive—like moving sticky notes on a board.

Managing Your Pipeline

Use the view switches at the top of VANGUARD to change how you see your contacts:

  • The Kanban Board (Visual Pipeline): This is the easiest way to work. You'll see columns like "New Lead", "Priority", and "Opportunity". Simply drag and drop a contact's card from one column to another to track their progress.
  • The Intelligence Panel (Crucial): When you click on any person, a sidebar slides out. This is the Brain of your contact. Here you can add to the "Registry Notes". Write down context! Did you see they like golfing? Jot it down. GHOSTWRITER will read these notes later to write highly-personalized emails!

Adding Contacts

You don't just have to use ORBIT to get contacts in. You have multiple methods:

  • Manual Entry: Click "Register Node" to instantly type in a new name and email. Excellent for someone you just met.
  • Bulk Import (Data Operations): Already have an Excel or CSV file of older leads? Click the "Data Operations" dropdown and select "CSV Bulk Ingestion". Ensure your file has standard headers (like Name, Email, Company). It can import thousands at once.
Mass Actions: Need to delete 50 people or move them all to "Priority" at once? Open the Grid View (Table), check the boxes next to their names, and an action bar will appear at the bottom of the screen.
PHASE_03

Protocol GHOSTWRITER

Agentic Outreach Synthesis

v1.1.0 ACTIVE

What is GHOSTWRITER? This isn't ChatGPT where you copy-paste names constantly. Ghostwriter is natively hooked into VANGUARD. It pulls the contact's name, their company's bio, their social tags, and your custom Registry Notes to automatically draft hyper-personalized emails that literally "sound like you".

Essential Configuration (Step 1)

Ghostwriter requires two things to operate out of the box. Go to the Configuration setting to set these up:

1. Neural Uplinks (API Keys)

You must provide an API Key (like OpenAI or Anthropic). This funds the AI engine. GHOSTWRITER will securely decrypt it locally to write emails.

2. Voice DNA Calibration (Crucial)

Don't sound like a generic robot! Paste 3 distinct emails that you have personally written into the calibration slots. Click Execute, and the engine will build a rule-set to perfectly mimic your cadence and style forever.

How to Synthesize Emails

  • Single Lead: In VANGUARD, click a contact name. In their side panel, find the "Ghostwriter Outreach" widget and click Deploy Sequence. It instantly loads them.
  • Massive Scale: In GHOSTWRITER, click Foundry Sync. This will pull 50+ fresh leads from VANGUARD all at once.
  • Generate: Once leads are loaded, hit "Synthesize". A table will appear where you can review, edit, and copy the emails out to your mail client!

The Master Prompt Lab

You literally command the AI logic here. You can edit the "System Prompt" to act like a salesperson, a CEO, or an intern. Use variable tags inside your prompt—the system automatically swaps them for real data! The variables you can use are:

{{first_name}}{{company}}{{role}}{{description}}

*Note: If you use Foundry Sync, custom column headers from your VANGUARD CRM automatically become tags too (e.g. {{TAGS}}, {{VALUATION}})!

07. The Bridge Ecosystem

The power of Avonix isn't just in the apps—it's in how they talk to each other.

01. Discovery

ORBIT

Find new targets across the web and gather raw business data.

02. Identity

VANGUARD

Store findings, add personal context, and track the sales pipeline.

03. Engagement

GHOSTWRITER

Use all stored data to write hyper-relevant outreach emails.

Common Questions

Q: My outreach sounds generic. How do I fix it?

A: Use Voice DNA calibration in Ghostwriter settings. Upload 3+ samples of your actual writing. Also, ensure you add personal details to Registry Notes in Vanguard—the AI reads these for context.

Q: I'm seeing "Substrate Failover" errors.

A: This happens when an AI engine is overloaded or your API key is invalid. Ensure you have valid keys for OpenAI, Anthropic, or Grok in the Configuration Pannel.

Q: How do I batch-process 100 leads?

A: Go to Ghostwriter and click Foundry Sync. This allows you to map your CRM columns to the AI variables and generate dozens of personalized emails in one click.

Q: What are Registry Notes for?

A: This is the AI's "Context". If you tell VANGUARD "This person likes chess", GHOSTWRITER might use a chess analogy in the email.
