01. Terms of Deployment
By accessing, deploying, or subscribing to the Avonix Digital infrastructure, you form a legally binding contract under this End-User License Agreement ("EULA"). If you reject these operational procedures, you must instantly terminate your connection and purge all local instances of Avonix architecture.
02. Subscription & Billing Nodes
Avonix operates strictly on recurring billing cycles managed via our Lemon Squeezy integration framework.
- Deploying a protocol initiates an automatic charge to your synchronized payment node.
- You may terminate active protocols at any time via the Control Plane Dashboard. Server access will revert at the end of the paid billing temporal cycle.
- Chargebacks or fraudulent network requests will result in an immediate IP and hardware ban across the Avonix grid.
03. Code & Operational Integrity
The algorithms, scrapers, APIs, and aesthetic layers (Glassmorphism & Neon Arrays) provided inside Avonix are strictly proprietary. Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to breach isolated server nodes is a direct violation of this EULA and subjects the user to swift legal and infrastructural retaliation.
04. Limitation of Liability
Avonix digital pipelines execute complex tasks including automated CRM injections and autonomous data extraction. We hold zero liability for data overwrites, API blockades by external platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, Gmail), or any downstream financial reverberations caused by platform downtime.
